After many years in Marketing and Advertising, Tiffany entered the real estate industry in 2007 and ran a successful real estate business in Toronto, Canada with her family team for the last 12 years.

 

One of the people who inspires her the most is a woman she’s proud to call her mentor and partner in business the last 12 years back in Canada – her grandmother Sheila Gallagher. Due to her 50 years in real estate, she has learned so much about how all business should be done.

 

Their family real estate business thrived for so many years and it still is even since Tiffany moved from Toronto, Canada to Brisbane, Australia in 2019.

 

Since her move, over the last 2 years Tiffany has owned and operated her own online coaching and marketing consulting business serving Real Estate Agents and other Entrepreneurs across the globe. But her love for property remained as she continued to work with agents internationally while keeping her family business back home.

 

Her re-entrance to real estate sales here in Brisbane was inevitable since she’s been involved in property her entire life. When she moved to Brisbane, Tiffany earned her full real estate license and took her time choosing the right agency to team with. She wanted to utilise her marketing skills and her over 12 year track record to serve clients in Brisbane and she wanted to align herself with a brand that stood for quality service, integrity and results. She joined the McGrath Projects Team and is now serving developers, builders, and investors helping them achieve their goals by sourcing development sites and marketing small scale projects from site acquisition to prelaunch through to final sale.

 

Always willing to go above and beyond for her clients, Tiffany is an integral member of McGrath’s Projects Team. With a psychology degree, a background in marketing, and more than 12 years in real estate sales, Tiffany’s expertise and experience are unquestioned. She takes great care in understanding the needs of her clients and buyers, is committed to building strong relationships, and is passionate about out-of-the-box marketing strategies.

 

Being Canadian, Tiffany always strives to be a good person first and a great agent second and she’s always up for putting a smile on your face or making you laugh. She’s built her reputation on a personal approach to property as she feels selling property should be fun and it is an honour to be trusted with the sale of her clients’ largest investments.
